I watched its debut again and it was a fine run he looks a lovely horse and debromhead gave him a favourable mention in todays paper.hes related to Punjabi,.the form of the likely favourite was boosted as bordini won.im hoping to get a decent price first thing.., the novice hurdle is a cracker 1.25 drumacco, is likely to be a favourite.

Judging by sire it would need much better ground.  Very hard to take on Mullins in any bumper.  His horses look a few weeks behind but would be laying be laying De Bromhead.

Hidden Cyclone should win easily.

Good thing in the 2 mile handicap hurdle.

Wouldn't rule out the Hughes horse in the finale either,a bit too keen early when finishing 3rd behind Mr Diablo in an alright looking Maiden hurdle at Punchestown LTO.

The more I look at it the more I like the card.

Hidden Cyclone looks a cracking bet at evens. His fitness has to be taken on trust, but he has won on 4 of his 5 real seasonal debuts, His defeat coming behind a very in form Rathlin at the Galway festival last year. That was an earlier start to normal, so can be expected to strip fitter in late Novemeber. He is different gravy to these.

Probably slightly better over slightly shorter, I don't envisage it as a problem against this opposition.

Hard to know what might have happened there. I thought HC was just going to get on top. Granted he needed to wing it, but think he would have won if he had.

Fine run from Home Farm, put him under pressure and drew the mistake.

Ya, couple of quicker jumps from HF got HC off it, and had him needing the big one at the last. Backed Home Farm ante post at big price for last years National. Didn't run, but would seem an ideal type. Interesting to see what route they take with him form here.

That was some punt landed on Home Farm, 4s early this morning, backed across the board so if you followed the money there was only one horse fancied. Think it would have beaten HC anyway, that fella has never seemed like a strong battler.

Tony,it was a brave performance and I could only think if Nina was a tad closer turning in she might have worried the fav out of it,who knows? but it battled bravely and never gave an inch, thought Hidden Cyclone was going to win as it had the momentum at the last fence but that's just my opinion.

yes punchy I think she may have been closer but tbf the mullins horse battled but 2 out of 3 aint bad as they say! deffo watch out for the giggy horse nto. really nice horse running tomorrow in the first @ascot the hobbs team paid silly money for him won his ptp with head in chest and they go straight over hurdles..ALISEIR D,IRELANDE, its cracker maiden hurdle with some nice sorts..im going to haydock tomorrow rubys over for one ride.

I thought Hidden Cyclone would have won although it might be pocket talking.

I'm not blaming Nina but feel if she had brought Attribution on the outside he would have won.
Patrick Mullins went wide kind of forcing her to go inside,he then inched in on her forcing her on to the worst of the ground.

I think this will turn out a hell of a bumper.

I backed two fallers and missed out on the maiden hurdle winner through indecision but the old handicapper came to my aid for the umpteenth time.
Western Promise was the only winner in the field ( won two chases ) yet was carrying bottom weight, was 15 pound lower than  his chase rating yet still opened 3/1.

Pity there isn't a lot more fog around if it brought pictures like that everytime, really thought it was terrific and gave a real feel to a race, very different but enjoyed it much more.
Ruby didn,t seem a bit concerned about actually trying to win the maiden hurdle.
Thought Hidden Cyclone may well have won as well, would have been very close anyway.

pa, camera work was brilliant ,they went around in a car that had a sunroof opened ,i'd say the cameraman has a score neck tonight ...was down at ground level half way between the last fence and the winning post and looking down the track , saw that h/cyclone was wrong coming in to it and guessed the inevitable was about to happen , home farm was full of running passing me ,so i'd hazard a guess he would have won anyway ...one i backed in the first was drumlee ,just mounting his challenge when coming to grief , as an aside , wildmanfromborneo , i went for a beef roll as i was feeling peckish , they had no butter for the roll , so i refused to buy ...

The camera angle was an absolute revelation that made it compulsive viewing, they had it for years across the way until a couple of jockeys and trainers put the kybosh on it because it was upsetting their charges.

sad thing is punchestown , it was only because of the fog that they got into the car in the first place , all credit to them though ..

He did a great job in probably a spur of the moment decision, lot of the little things were picked up and it was almost as if you were in the race yourself. Maybe drones or something is the next step.
