A tough Galway, could have been worse but not great anyway, with a bit of luck down the side of the settee and emptying the copper jar i've managed to come up with E26.03,rather than being sensible and going down to aldi,s for the super 6 tomorrow i,m going to chance what will probably resemble a ploughed field at the close of play.
Beckwith Star 2.15
Won very handy Monday and has run well on ease, just hopeful as Pacelli Road won very easily on the flat and also afraid of Lily The Lioness, she ran a staying on cracker earlier in the week also. 6/1
Down Time 2.45.
Shark didn't give too much away when asked about his chances tomorrow on atr,did have a gleam and said he thought his had good chances in the handicaps, think myself it could well be this one he was talking about, won very well last time in any case, maybe a few n/rs but not a strong field for an up to 123 particulary when Easy Vic is JF.
Currently 9/1.
Boxer Beat 3.55
Didn,t think i would ever consider backing this one, 1 win from 50 odd attempts, though place rate is a bit better,lb better off with likely fav Nearly Namad for 3L on last run, just a hopeful choice to place realistically.
Current price 10/1.
Zalty 4.30
Drawn 14,not good,no disputing his class runs the last few times however, seems to handle yielding.
Current price 6/1
Pyromanic 5.30
Just looks like a job horse for this tomorrow, shown enough to say he is most likely a fair bit better than this mark.
Money speaking already for this one to add to Martin's fine festival. Was watching Weld Arab but think he  would want to have hidden a lot more and doubt it.
Fancy the last one most and while chancing Down Time  a bit that ones price looks big.
50c ew super yankee(E26) pays 30k, though managed to find another few bob for the other 2,gl anyone out there.

Fail play to ya Pa.

The Shark did look like the boy who got caught with his hands in the cookie jar when asked about his chances tomorrow.

Glad someone else noticed that, know tis the Shark and sometimes a waste of time trying to read too much into what they are saying but my first thought was go away and look at his runners.
Hype an all with Galway would have you think it is obligatory to have a bet but in fact today showed odd results(hate ground changes not extreme but enough),no surprise that it will be similar tomorrow.

If the rain has got into the ground and they get more overnight , it would make Clonbaban Lad a very attractive bet tomorrow in the beginners ....

See ye are getting flooded out,was over in Cork last Saturday week and seen cars up to 3ft of water on Penrose Quay, all the drains aren,t cleaned.
Only guessing but maybe not much more rain in the west?
Interesting runner alright, wasn,t going to win but was giving Devils Bride something to think about.
