Happy enough , one of my team on top of the leaderboard and a few more just off the pace ..Laid Couples yesterday to my cost , got it back on Rose though , he was 3 over after a couple then Phil decides to help him out ...Cry..My lay of the day is exactly that , Jason  Days does not look happy , and is more likely to feel the pressure when the heat is turned on later as he tries to get back into it ..Dustin cant play that bad again , can he , and with Henrik looking as if he just might find form Jason has it all to do and is a lay @ 3.05 ..Nurse can you adjust the color on the telly please ....Laugh

Other than Bubba seems as if the lates yesterday were at a fair disadvantage(unconfirmed) With a red enough screen leaving bf alone and hoping for better with what i have this evening.
Couldn,t resist a little ew(1/4 1-5) with pp on Molininari(-1) at 66/1, an early starter. Their offer of money back if finish 2nd or 3rd on bets before end of today to fifty isn,t a bad one imo.
Wide open,gl with your picks.

West Coast , Ballyshannon is a small town in the South of County Donegal . My wife has a nephew who lives there .

They dont play much cricket in Ballyshannon !  Some good golf courses not far away , and that nephew fishes and his sons surf in Bundoran .

Happy to give you any further info I have .

Went for a couple of 2 balls today.

As said last night, I thought Nick Watney was worth persevering with. He played his way into the round yesterday, and with no reported back issues, its not hard to see him repeating or bettering his round again today. Gallagher is more likely to retreat after a very tentative finish. Indeed Watneys early tee time has prompted me to have a tickle on him in the outright aswell.

Trevor Immelman looks a very good bet at 13-8. Though defeated yesterday, his price today is slightly bigger. He is part of the furniture here at this stage, and recovered from an opening 68 two years ago to make the cut. De Laet showed no aptitude for the Augusta test yesterday, and is hardly likely to improve much today. Oliver Goss will be feeling the heat of potentially making the cut here, and I would expect Immleman to take this quite easily.

Having been close to backing him pre tournament, I have also invested on Louis Oosthuizen for outright glory at 16-1 e.w. I had I sizeable bet on him here last year, but he bombed out. But he seems to have put his back issues behind him for the moment, and could be set to improve on his playoff defeat of two years ago.

Very congested at the top, I would expect those out late today to suffer as much as the latter starters did yesterday. For this reason, I would not be at all surprised to see Rory back out of it today. He wasn't comfortable with the speeds of the greens yesterday, and by the time he reaches his back 9 today, they are going to be lightning.

6pts Nick Watney 3 ball 11-8
5pts Trevor Immelman 3 ball 13-8

1.5pt e.w Louis Oosthuizen 16-1(5 places)
.3pt e.w Nick Watney 100-1(5 places)

Best of luck on Day 2!!

Ozy , comments like that are precisly the reason a lot of people on here dont like you . Anyone who goes to the trouble of pointing out opportunities to make money and is not taking it out of other forumites pockets should not be subject to snide comments .  Maybe your upbringing was a little lacking in teaching you grace .

Tis indeed Easy, but I don't usually post my 3 ball bets, which is what is what is bringing the points invested above the normal total. Have taken the 4 days off this week, so have more time to post them up before the off.

As for the extra bets on the outright market, as you know yourself, value can appear at various stages of an event. Both these players had potentially favourable early tee times today, and looked worthy of support.

19.7 pts invested so far in the outrights(excluding the Top Player Bets which are running very smoothly), is slightly more than a normal week. But I traditionally invest more time studying, and watching the majors, so aim to get more out of them.

Though a couple of the outrights are as good as dead already, and yesterdays 3 balls and 1st rd lead bets produced a loss(12.5pts), I am still confident of being in profit by Sunday evening.

Best of luck to you.

Fair play for putting them up Kelly, not really my style but did do similar in particular with getting in and getting out with players rather than the 3 ball arb.Think you are giving a little lesson myself and not a bad one.
Agree Callit sometimes someone I/r can be big and has to be backed, really quite unlucky with Blixt yesterday for 1st round for a screaming start.
Molinari bogeys 1st for me and after a bad start yesterday think it was right to keep a low profile today.

Yeah, considering he missed an 8ft eagle on 13, somehow contrived to bogey 15 after a good drive, missed 9ft bird on 16, and then bogeyed the last. To finish only two shots off the lead, yet only get an eight of the stake on top,.....was harsh!!
