Girl in Blue ew for me.

I am against you lads on avondhu, not getting carried away with her handicap rating over hurdles as compared to fences...I think she has been refusing to win, plenty of others with chances including sherika, happy to lay at 5/4, these mares handicaps have a life of their own.
and for the record vicangelonme has never before run in bumper tony.....I think it is head and shoulders above these as long as the handbrake is released. been told hogans worked well recently, he is a hawk wing with a low strike rate jockey, rather chance tyners...his point form is miles better than mangans mare. |

Drifted out to 2.7,.....topped up.

Great call

HAPPY PUNTING 2014 |

Girl in Blue runs inexplicaple stinker, Castlerock rose who I backed at Limerick over xmas at a big price in a poor race was suddenly much more prominent today to be just run out of a place, you just couldn't be up to them.
By:
Well don call, did anyone see the jockey Dixon(7) riding for his mother in the last race at Newcastle, jesus, he must be as bad as there is around.
By:
Silver, the brother knows Dan Rohan in Midleton and he phoned me and said he thought the horse would run well(phoned me a couple of times before as well with her) honestly thought she had little chance as she is very moderate and didn,t go near her, at one stage thought she was going to win but not for the first time finished poorly.
By:
Wd workrider,I thought Waaheb looked beat just before turning in but it jumped the last 3 flights much better than the Mullins horse.
By:
That maybe so pa but it has some decent enough form in the book notably a defeat of Kashline at Limerick, I thought it was well worth a stab ew in that race at Limerick but out the back from the start and pulled up, big step up just a few days later.
By:
Be fair that Limerick run was her first since May, doubt very much he is doing anything untoward, sure the fella has just the one win under rules and it would be no harm for him to have another few.
By:
Wonder why Ruby didn't switch to Cork?
By:
Was wondering that myself punch
By:
sorry keen leader..your right I misread its lto run as a bumper but it was a maiden hurdle..
By:
WD Dingle, they'd want to get schooling down in Willies!!
By:
Pa, Castlerock also had a couple of good place runs at Limerick, I wouldnt use first run since May as an excuse especially when it can run pretty close to its best form just a few days later, funny how it was shot straight up towards the head of affairs today?.
By:
just a little warning for anyone backing the nicholls horses over the next month..he has given then there flu jabs..ive found(to my cost) that they run below expectations for a week or two..after there jabs..other yards im not sure.

HANS CRESENT EW 320 MUST HAVE DECENT CHANCE COURSE WINNER TRAINOR BACK TO HIS BEST AFTER POSSIBLE VIRUS TROUBLE LAST YEAR
By:
Neil maybe the owners of Andiamos and Connaught Manor realise by now that the worlds greatest trainer really can't turn water to wine?.
By:
the money coming on tyners in the bumper kl?..3/1 now..
By:
Had a few quid on Playing in this. Fancy he be a bit shorter if trained by someone more fashionable. Very progressive over the larger obstacles.
By:
You'd be right Silver, he certainly can't. I'm a big believer in the raw material as well, but there are plenty that ruin it, Mullins isn't one of those.
This is as bad a mid winter as I can remember from him in a few years in terms of Flagship horses getting beaten and/or injured. |

WELL DUN CALLIT
By:
Also well done here to The Gotchee talked up this fellow well after Limerick win.
By:
Well done lads , a proper Racing thread...
By:
You,re flying Callit fair play,a good racing thread.
By:
He did, for the reference of roadrunner, that is what most would consider to be putting a horse forward as one that should be backed in future. No one can make anything of an exhaustive list with no criteria as to when and when not to step in.
The Gotchee called Playing to the inch. |
By:
To be fair,......Roadrunners notebook has probably had every winner, every forecast, and 6 out of 7 tricasts at Lingfield! I just hope he backed them.
By:
Took a chance on Indian Jack in the 3.45. Would be prepared to forgive his last run, when backing up very quickly. Take that out, and he be about the 11-4 mark today. 7s looked worth the risk.
By:
welldone callit..gotchee
By:
Yeah nice one callit, Fa Cup bet my only hope left.
By:
Any thoughts on the Arsenal match Silver?
Tyners very well backed now for the bumper. |
By:
vicangelome is still attracting doe?..for a horse I expected to get double figures for..6/1 looks good now..but still has to do it..
By:
Careful you dont destroy yourself..
By:
Haha Callit,i,m running out of superlatives, you are leaving roadrunner in the shade today.
By:
wow you ARE FIRE callit..great stuff mate..
By:
yes purpose..as kl said the handbrake has to be let off?
