So much for Ladcrooks 1/1 Henson, actually their morning prices for the 7.20D worked out at a shocking 140% overround for a 10 horse race.

hows the christmas tipping fayre going rocky?

All in all very dissapointing , you can argue rearing up being on his knees in the stalls , slowly away , stopped in his run ect ect but at the end of the day if he had so much in hand which i thought he did he would have got way with with it ...So i was wrong he probably doesn t even though he will probably pop up and win in one of those races ... The old adage " a clap in the back is 6 inches too a kick in the hole !!!! " ... or in my case a dent in the wallet
..... |
By:
It was disappointing Dingle, thought he,d win handy myself, still was only beaten a head and with any luck should have at least scraped it,not to be.Cool head and put up your Christmas decorations, can only move on.
By:
same here dingle major dent..major set back..one could argue we deserve it backing 6/4 shots in low grade handicaps in dundalk at 9.20 of a december wednesday!!
By:
there is a winner in every race kavvie.
By:
I can't see why an apology to the handicapper is in order. He bizarrely dropped him 3lbs and there can be little doubt that if he had run off his corrct mark he would have won.In any event the result yesterday is immaterial to my argument that he should not have been dropped. How anyone could have watched his previous race and dropped him is beyond me.
By:
well I was a bit tongue in cheek with that comment tolmi
,but first friday the winner is as moderate as they come,so maybe the handicapper was not far off the mark, but I agree A and O should still have won. |
By:
Handicapper did not drop him tbf....horse was rated 44 on both his last two runs but had to obviously run off the minimum rating of 47......if you look at a horses previous run you will
only see what mark the horse ran off. |
