Surely his last gambit as our manager showed his quality . Connor Sammon who TRAPP singlehandedly developed into an international player is sent on to score/create the winner. As George said in commentary he has already scored twice for Derby in this season's League Cup , (obviously Derby are not prioritising that)
his playing of Sammon  as his last throw of the dice was representative of the consistently mind boggling selections and non selections he made throughout his tenure.
