He's a farmer Happy
Report Ozymandius September 6, 2013 1:19 PM BST
Listen,ChildofMine, growing a few vegetables round the back of the house doesn't make you a farmer.

More, I think if it, I can picture him handing out Big Issues, whilst giving anyone who stops an earful about the dastardly liberal elite and the imminent arrival of Sharia.
Report thegalwayman September 6, 2013 1:24 PM BST
I think you will find that most Irish farmers are a bit more open minded than the wildman. I'm a son of the soil myself. A university educated liberal one, but a son of the soil nonetheless.

He's a human trafficker. So is workrider. That's it.

self-employed man, with no time for dossers and layabouts.

which is why he doesn't see eye 2 eye with the likes of Ozy and rocket

Small farmer could be right, certainly a lot more believable than say a high powered middle eastern businessman.

Freddie and Lapsy floundering in a tide of liberal backlash Cool

It's Friday, the liberal elite have had a few G&Ts over lunch before making a fast break for their weekend house, and Wildman is taking one hell of a beating Laugh

It will go down as the day the Liberal Elite struck back.  If Rocket turns up we could well be looking at a knock out blow.

Liberal elite backlash me whole, fishwives and little girls gathering with nothing better to do than have a good ole bitch.

whatever gets u through the day Ozy
Report thegalwayman September 6, 2013 1:42 PM BST
I didn't reach for the Hendricks today myself Ozy, but I did have a glass or two of a rather lovely Chilean sauv blanc with my fruits de mer just now. I've got a few commissions to execute this afternoon but Marcus is just back from France and he's brought a case of armagnac with him, so looking forward to getting stuck into that later. Enjoy the rest of the day.

Very disappointed with Bigwillystyle list.

I thought professional punter would be favourite as nearly all on here describe themselves as such.
No price about an equality officer probably my ideal job.
Human rights lawyer another job I could do.

Sadly in view of all this equality nonsense I was correctly discriminated against on the basis I wasn't the equal of the students with more qualifications.

I have worked with my hands all my life,I am not sure how much land you need to be called a farmer but I suppose I am a small farmer something I have never hidden.

DELBOY , found out again ,  when asked why hes been spending so much time on here ,  rather than attending business , he comes on here telling us the whole of Europe closes down for august , saying his business is conducted there , well by my reckoning its now the 6th of September and lo and behold hes still on here day and night ....Well    Del , i think even Paulie can figure that out ...Wheel feel off the barrow did it son , stopping you getting to work eh lad....Laugh

Wildman, your neighbour's horse(JPM aboard) must have a decent chance in the grade 1 sprint at Haydock tomorrow. The ground is already soft at Haydock and will be bottomless by tomorrow.Richard Fahey's Garswood has also won on heavy ground.
Plenty of the sprinters won't act on it and a dutch looks the play.
Report wildmanfromborneo September 6, 2013 3:37 PM BST
Tom Hogan keeps on saying he wants good ground or better I don't agree at all glad to see you have a similar opinion to mine.

He is a noble horse but I think he wants seven furlongs now doubt if he has the speed for these, will be cheering him on just the same.
Report Bigwillystyle September 6, 2013 3:49 PM BST
I agree Wildman.  You hear most trainers go on with this rubbish.  Then there horse runs on good ground and does not get within a stone of its best.
Report dj876 September 6, 2013 3:57 PM BST
He has won a grade 1 at Longchamp on heavy ground.
On good ground I wouldn't give him any chance tomorrow but it's going to be bottomless at Haydock tomorrow.Lethal force's run behind Moonlight Cloud is an a completely different league but his only run on soft ground he finished 10/11.

Any rain on the waterd ground at Kilbeggan anyone know(wrong thread)??
Report neill d September 6, 2013 4:11 PM BST
Heerat doesn't mind the ground, races prominently and is on the way up, it doesn't take a star to win one of these and he is probably a bit of value at a big price.
