People were quick enough to lash them out of it over the Murray tennis refund, even though they didn't read the screens for the correct terms and conditions themselves.

Refunded all stakes today, including a hefty bet of mine, when they deemed Kodafine to be a non runner.

Credit where credit is due.

Online win only bets refunded, with multiples I would imagine it's classed as a non runner, don't know if in shop singles were refunded, no limit with online refunds

I think the point of the Murray refund thread is that everyone did read the terms and there was no mention of 50 anywhere in shop or online - was 100 plastered everywhere
