Anyone know what happened to this horse, which was backed off the boards to win the 2012 running of tonights 2nd race at Leopardstown?

Anyone know what happened to a horse called apollo trained by AOB who won a Curragh maiden on his one and only start 2 years ago?

Funny how some horses just seem to disappear into thin air.

Presume Wading was retired to the paddocks as she had done her job really. Once a filly gets black type, I don't think they are as bothered beyond that. I think I heard somewhere that racing them on beyond 3 can harm their chances as broodmares as well? not really sure why? Their value seems to plateau anyway and it is fast about what they are able to produce at stud. Probably why we never saw Dylan Thomas v Peeping Fawn!!

i presume Wading was retired simply because she was a Group 2 winning Filly by Montjeu!

Few and far between!
