I think this horse is well handicapped and is over priced @ 4/1 with Laddies and VC.
Brighton is a quirky race course but Jeremy Noseda has an outstanding record there with a 38% strike rate from 08-12(11 wins from 29 runners)
He had a pipe owner on his seasonal debut at Kempton and didn't quite stay the trip over an extended 1m at Windsor(7F Tomorrow) after trading odds on.He was off 80 that day(same mark tomorrow) conceding 1lb to Sea Shanty who has subsequently won off 85 at Sandown.
Maccabra is a worthy favourite winning over c+d LTO by 7 lenghts just 4 days ago but is up 12 lbs for those 2 victories.He should set a strong pace which I am Hoping will help excuse to linger to settle.

i backed excuse to linger when he got beat by sea shanty. the latter was not impressive when he won at sandown but he walked all over ETL.......dont know what to make of this race tomorrow. best to avoid.

form of the winner looked good. horse beat atlantis crossing, thats a class 3 winner LTO, if my memory serves me well,

Didn't see the race but I've seen the horse run keen before and the configuration of Brighton means it is very hard to settle a horse with a bit of keeness in him. assume from the comments he just completely ovveraced, unlucky. I thought from the betting last night twould be fancied.
