............NAAS TONIGHT ...

I was very taken by Big Time ..I had a good look at them in the paddock , and boy did this fellow stick out...A cracking looker and huge , HE was very green , calling out to his mates in fact i wrote him down as one to watch , by heck did he surprise me by winning ..Plenty more to come from this fellow , The downside to the race was the ride manning gave the fav , it was backed big time from all prices down from 4/1 to 6/4 7/4 on the night according to the course announcer , I'm wondering did the stable get on , the way it was ridden i think it was a lesson to those who took the early price....The other horse who had a question mark around it was Princess Highway , Mr Weld stated in the race card that she was well in herself , but if the ground got any worse it would lesson her chances , I thought she would come on for the run , but then went and backed her thinking she was a class above these ..Either she has regressed or Ascot is her target I think the latter is the case and of course they have the ready made excuse ...The ground was against her last time ....
