most memorable moment of cheltenham 2013

watching boston fookin bob, falling at the last, and my antepost double of champagne fever 16/1 and boston bob 7/1 going south

That was a disaster , Newmanix , have my own views on what caused the fall . Backed it myself for a place in running  because I knew it stayed  , should have 1.05 ived it for a lay but didnt .  Trouble is you wont get 7/1 again for a while  , not sure what it touched for a win in running , must have been about 1.4 I suspect .

€25 ew cf 16/1, €25 ew bb, €25 ew double paying around €3k, had no interest in cheltenham after that.  Went to watch the snooker in Galway for the rest of the week, with feck all bets on the racing tbh.

Personally I think Boston Bob would've been beaten but I can feel your frustration newmanix be nice if he stood up to find out either ways.

I can harp on about my bad luck but I won't, Our Conor winning the Triumph in a hack canter the stand out moment for me trumping even Sprinter Sacres demolition of that big softie Sizing Europe.

Hard luck stories - sure that's what Cheltenham is all about lads.

To compound the pain, I was with a good friend who had €4 ew on Lord Windemere, and he shouted YES when BB fell.  I felt like going to my tool box, taking out the hammer and smashing his skull!

MY HIGHLIGHT WAS BENEFICENT WINNING ON A BRILIANT COOL FIRST OF MANY FESTIVAL RIDES FROM BRYAN COOPER HE SHOWED COOLNESS PERSONFIED IN LETTING DYNASTE GO ON THEN PRODUCED HIM PERFECTLY

Bit of artistry there from the young lad ,norn , backed Dynaste myself and it looked the winner 2 out  , but appreciated the winner and the winning ride . First of many for him with normal luck .
