Just had a call from these asking if I wanted to be involved in a promotion. The promotion apparently only being aimed at certain customers, and not on the website. Basically a 50% bonus on deposit up to €200. Also if deposit within the next 24hrs they will add another 5% on top.

Don't bet big with this crowd, had first bet with them on Sat for months. Would be infront with them as well.

Anyone else had this? They going tits up or something?

strange they give it on deposits up to €200, their minimum deposit is usually €300, unless you want to pay deposit fees

They claim it's industry standard, I e-mailed to tell them it most certainly isn't as I have accounts with most bookmakers on Oddschecker and they're the only ones who charge. If they want to charge for deposits that's their choice but don't lie saying it's industry standard. Got an e-mail back saying they understood my frustration but there policy was in line with competitors Cry

Got a follow-up email from them. Bonus has to be played through 3 times, min odds 1/2.

Anyways, just seemed bizarre that they would actually ring certain customers. I'd say my average bet with them is €60, and as I said far from frequent with them.

I don't think they charge a fee on deposits anymore. At least they didn't last week when I lodged a score (using UB visa debit card). They are a pain in the arse though. They were best price at the time and after several error messages trying to place the bet, even customer services couldn't help, the price was cut. I would avoid them.
