irish u21 3 holland 0.....noel king brings a lot of hope for the future of irish football , his young side outplayed this dutch side off the park ....if only we had a system of coaching  on a par with the dutch , i'm sure the young lads coming through would make it at international level , and bring back that feeling of pride in our team that seems to have vanished....

I've watched a lot of the U-21's of late and this is a great result but...

A. Intereting what sort of Dutch side turned up?
B. The Irish side should have some decent lads coming through from U-19's who were decent
C. U-21's did ok in their qualification group last year beating Italy away albeit in a dead rubber but other than that looked poorish.
D. To answer your question imo this could be a decent team a flash in the pan so to be speak, as i don't think the future is bright for the sport in this country bar in a few areas.

Great result for the young fella's,fair play to them.
Seem to do well underage and as you say maybe coaching might be at fault.
