Brave man to be punting at that course,it's a no go area for me as far as backing goes.

You wouldn't want to have too much respect for your money if you plan on getting significantly involved here tomoro.

The two potentially interesting horses for me both run in the 2:45, a 2m6f handicap hurdle. Written Inthestars was upsides My Murphy in Kildorrey nearly two years ago when falling at the last (and bringing down his rival much to my chargin!!) on his second run. He took a crashing fall which looked potentially fatal in the immediate aftermath and didn't appear until the following December after which he ran a number of poor races, never threatening to show the promise of his Kildorrey effort. He now finds himself running off a mark of 87 and if his shrewd handler can coax him back to the form he showed in his youth then he'd take a fair degree of beating.

I am not a particular fan of Clonmore Lad as he looks a bit empty but he is definitely one that will pop up some day. I saw him run in Tallow as a 4yo where he blazed a trail until making a horrific mistake at halfway which stopped him in his tracks. On his 3rd run he made no mistake to just hold on from Royale Knight who has subsequently done well at a low level in the UK. He showed a small bit in his handicap runs and basically he'll get loose some day in a bike race and won't be caught. It probably won't be tomoro as I don't think the conditions will be conducive to his chances but he's one to keep an eye on with a view to the future. Maybe a small race in Tramore will be more ideal.

Also Tony there are various degrees of heavy in Limerick so I wouldn't bank on a horse handling conditions even if they seemingly did previously.
