Few of the lads on the forum backed howells last week at the start.the caddie wasnt much help to stallings,should of slowed him down abit,another big lead blown by a leader going into the final round.

1.67-1.7 think he was shortly before teeing off Deplasterer.
Missing the 2 putts from less than 2 feet ultimately cost him. Cracking tournament in the end,tried to get 20's on Gay before Howell took his birdie putt on 18,didn,t get it,betting as per usual miles ahead of pictures(stalling hit a 1000 nearly a good minute before his par putt on 18)Good shot on getting him BJG. Shame to see the lewd comments on a golf thread. |

Reaffirming what Deplasterer and Pa were saying re this forum. I wouldn't bother with the main horse racing or golf forums too much, lot of sh*te spouted, and the racing threads on the Irish Sports forum generally seem to resemble a 3 year old girls playground, but up until now any golf thread on here had mainly been enjoyable and free of any petty squabbling.The likes of DP, Huddys, Pa etc seem to be thorougly decent individuals, with a decent knowledge of sport and gambling. Hopefully only a one off aberation this wk.
