got the 2 trainers but cannot find the 8yo horse previously ridden by McCoy, BJG, Ruby, Carberry and DRussel? Cannot do the cryptic one either 'fill in the gaps to reveal big easter success?

sorry my dad beat you to the cryptic answer by seconds, just rang me, the trainer is Harry Kelly, put the name into the racing post photos site and the exact same picture will be the first to come up.

I shall check Tomli thanks, that narrows it down a bit, I think I have pretty much every other answer although does anyone think the question about the horse to win his 100th race is wrong or do I have the wrong answer?

Sorry Rockazars 100th run wasn't in May. Yeah it's obviously the other horse so but the question is wrong. It should have read what horse had it's 100th run under rules over hurdles. The 2004 reference is to his first win over hurdles I imagine.

Not on twitter myself allduck, but if you just google Davy Russell on twitter. The tweet is on the 25th Dec,Davy said it was wrecking his head and asked Ruby who didn't know either.
I saw an interview recently somewhere with Ruby asking him who was the horse he rode before Kauto star in the King George and he didn't know..

No the interviewer asked Ruby what did he ride in the King George before Kauto and Ruby had no idea,it wasn't a question from me, just thought it was kind of surprising, that he couldn't remember, only 6 years ago.
sorry it was badly phrased. No the interviewer asked Ruby what did he ride in the King George before Kauto and Ruby had no idea,it wasn't a question from me, just thought it was kind of surprising, that he couldn't remember, only 6 years ago.
I'd say it must be either Royal Auclair or Azertyiuop. The latter definitely ran in a KG and I think the former also did in the mid 2000's.
I suppose when he's ridden probably a thousand races since you'd forget those things given they weren't winners. I remember Clive Smith being asked in the guess test of the ML where did Kauto run in his first race in Britain (Newbury beating Foreman). He didn't get it even though the clip had been played earlier in the show!

Royal Auclair is correct........Ah I don't expect them to remember every race, just with it being on Stephens/Boxing day and the prestige of the race, should make it a lot easier.

Yeah I suppose you would still expect them to be at least to offer an educated guess. Ruby strikes me as a fella that doesn't get too attached (even Kauto has been consigned to history i'd imagine). The next race is always the most important one kind of mindset.
