very sad news indeed ...jim was a rarity for me , i always seemed to back a winner with him , a real gent of the turf.....may he...r.i.p....

Indeed looking back now Jim was a legend. A great man to bet with and he'd even lay you the sneaky ew's without retort. Horses or dogs Jim was at most meetings and he was mostly my go to bookmaker back in the day. May he RIP.
