I think it's better for Ireland that porterfield is gone, especially if the game is reduced. Stirling is striking the ball well.

Porterfield did for Ireland on his own. Out on a NRR of -2.18 against the Windies -1.9 

Porterfield with his double duck in his 2 games accounts for over 1/2 of Irelands total.

Although they wouldn't have deserved it as it turned out with the West indies game washed out Ireland would have gone through only for the Captain's dismal showing

I'm confused, lustrumm.  How did Porterfield's two golden ducks directly effect Ireland's Net Run Rate aside from being dot balls?
