Imagine this weather last week. Listowel would have been a lake rather than the great success it was.
Nice money for Wachman's first winner Gift From Heaven and connections drilled Love Is The Key in the second race too. Only about 15 books there with the bizarre sight of Powers on their own on the rails a half a furlong away from the main ring !
was the crowd poor bleekerstreet , anyone of note punting with the books....
Very small gathering, the sales across the road appeared to have no impact on numbers. Pretty quite in the ring as you can imagine the Charleville Man was there but outside of that no one of note really
