Think he had a runner the other night in Dundalk , if its the same lad i am thinkin of the horses name was hootie or something similar . Think his name is spelt Donohue  . I think he has only had 3-5 runners this year.

Yeah you have the right trainer :) I lost me shirt and shoes the lot when Sweeney tunes in a bumper in masd but made it all back with interest in his hurdle win. Saw his point second and had this beast down as a gold cup chaser. Was minimum 17 hands. Needed time. He alive ??

Is this the Shane Donoghue that trains in Cavan? Quite often had runners across the pond?

Wernt he and Mick Fitz involved in the buying of Allthekingshorses. Not sure if hes still training but think that was last time I heard his name mentioned.
