Brown Panther was our undoubted stable star last year, having won at Royal Ascot and then going on to finish 2nd in the St Leger. We are hoping for even more this season, and Michael has some exciting news on the horse’s future;

“I’m delighted to announce that Brown Panther will be transferred to our ‘Turquoise Silks’ having agreed a deal to sell 50% of him to my partner, Andrew ‘Bert’ Black.

During the last few months I have received numerous offers culminating in one I could not refuse. Prior to accepting, and in light of us owning Manor House Stables, breeding stock and racehorses together, I informed Bert of my decision and offered him first refusal to buy 50%. I am delighted he accepted and we look forward to mapping out his season’s campaign together under Tom’s guidance.”
