Sunstar is also a flower wildman. The scoring does not matter much though. I am just interested in finding another one or 2.
By:
Incredible stuff on Fortina. The last thing I would expect is that a Gold Cup winner would be a sire.
By:
Ardross a great battler but not the answer.
I have no idea who Harry Baker is,definitely not the answer but could you explain. I broke the cardinal rule with Q11 as there is more than one answer. Fortina was a top sire,he also sired Fortria amongst many others |

If it was a battle rather than battler that won the Gallinule, then it would be the Vincent O'Brien trained Inkerman?
By:
Well done Distant View.Inkerman a famous battle in the Crimean war and a Gallinule winner and as you correctly say trained by Vincent O`Brien.
I didn`t realise Sunstar was a flower but accept your word for it,you are now joint leader. |

Apparently in 1893
Jockey Harry Barker recorded the amazing feat of finishing second in both the Grand National and the Derby. He rode Aesop at Aintree and Ravensbury at Epsom Downs. |
By:
No,i thought this was the easiest question in the quiz but then i thought Q12 was the hardest.
Thank you dj876 not as amazing as you think as there were many jockeys who rode under both rules down the years, however this is a horse with a name meaning the same thing. |
By:
Ok I was thinking of the Rock as Fergie got him free of charge. Time to think again.
By:
That is badly worded, two different horses,we might need Anaglogs Daughter to help us out.
Rock Of Gibralter a great answer all the same. |
By:
Rock of gibraltar a superb answer considering he ran in his colours-That race still gives me nightmares with Mr.Spencer(tho with hindsight).
