I haven't been watching the pictures today but caught a few of the races in running.I know the camera angles are a bit **** down there but some of the in running prices seem to be amazing. Horses seem to go from cantering to being out the back with no chance in milliseconds. 1.38 out to 15 in the blink of an eye. Can never understand it Confused

Watching todays ( 1st Jan ) racing from Tramore , almost every race I saw had a similar pattern , with 2 or 3 horses seeming to accelerate from about the 2 pole , the others going backwards .  Have  never been to Tramore ( racing that is ) , so not sure if the track shape is a factor .  But I agree with the comment that races seemed to change dramatically in a relatively few strides  , odds reflecting that presumably .
