No liquidity yet Reimer. I say he be closer to 4 than 5 in a few days.
Personally its a 18 Runner field, unlike the usual 100+ Fields we get. Tiger played very well and should have won in OZ and was very good in the singles in the President Cup. Would have won if McDowell didn't have god touch on the Sunday especially with the Punter making 2-3 20 footers when he had too.
I can see Tiger go all the way from the front. I hope his putting holds up, that is the only concern. The rest of the game looks fine and Tiger looks very fit.
Biggest bet of the year....hopefully he give me a chance to lay off my stake at some stage but really really going for him this week.

Chevron. In the last 10 years 4 wins and 3 runner-ups is some record for Tiger and as you say Ruby seems to be on his way back judged on his recent performances,if not a win here maybe the Farmers Insurance(Buick) at the end of Jan. Top class field for this think it wouldn,t be a real surprise to see any of the 18 win. Small ew on 09 Champ J.Furyk for me,seems to have come out of the doldrums with a 5 from 5 in the presidents cup.(1/5 first 4,surprised not 1/4 as 18 with no real outsiders). Nedbank. Bit like yourself here ruby except the tournaments reversed.Fancied Westwood for this all year, walked away with this last year and won by 8 shots on a course thats set up for him. However what i saw of him in the hsbc in China has tempered that somewhat, namely his putting was brutal and he fairly capitulated in the last round. Kaymer came right back to form and won that tournament,Donald has been out for a while with the birth of his new baby, hoping his a bit rusty, also the long course mightn,t help. Anyway after already doing Westwood pre hsbc hoping he can replicate last year. Hong Kong. Mc ilroy at 4/1+ has finished 2nd and 6th last two years, missed a few tiddlers in the world cup last week, i suppose given the relative weakness of the field looks to have a real good shout. Of the rest twice champion Jimenez played well enough in the world cup with Quiros, last two years at Fanling has a m/c and a t18,Poulter also a good world cup, last years champion finished 5th the year before.Bourdy won in 09 with a tied 11th last year. anyway no strong thoughts on this one and as play is through the night probably wait til fri/sat and have a look then.
Main bet for the week is Westwood for me, Think a fun bet of Tiger/Mcilroy/Nedbank winner ought to at least be a 100/1 treble and should give a fair bit of entertainment. Good luck with your picks.

Quite correct about his past record at the Chevron & has shown glimpses of coming back recently. Tiger never be the same I feel & at the prices he's a lay for me, no GG's this week for me, all eggs in one basket, with a lay of Tiger, 1/2 my bank.

1.6 with a 3 shot lead seems long enough. I won't be laying off anyways...unless he has a shocker tonight I might do it 2moro. I see no need to lay off....2-3 years ago he would be 1.3 in this situation.
Value still there folks!!

Layed off my stake at 1.7. This round today has been just too much for me to have not layed off my stake. Still not going to lock in any sort of profit. Big win if he wins, if he loses from here. Certainly his mental side of the game has completely collapsed.

Very close to evens on here now .........he will probably be happy enough taking on Zach and Choi is next on -5 ......so Tiger one behind Zach probably shud be 1.4

When Westwood wins this afternoon , the bookies will be running for cover on Tiger . Lots of people are on Rory , Lee , and Eldrick in multiples . Mind you Tiger looked a bit dubious last night , particularly on club selection .
Some performance from Rory , did not see any of it this morning , mores the pity . Maybe a couple more like that and the begrudgers / knockers will go away forever .

Slight bit flattering for Rory, holed from the bunker at the last when with a less than average shot there was a possibilty of bogey, however left a few out there as well as missed a 6 footer and 2 or 3 from around 10 feet. Given that he wasn,t feeling too well a good performance as the likes of Poulter,Yang, and Hanson had a chance at some stage.

I think Evens is the right price....Tiger said he played very well yesterday but had no breaks. I not sure about that but he seems to be super confident so all will be revealed.
Great to cheer on Tiger with a big sum to be collected if he wins on a cold Winters night beside a big open firelife is good in such situations win or lose.

Powers did a special on Wednesday - McIlroy, Westy & Woods all to win this weekend - 110/1. Plenty of takers no doubt! Some special now
Fair comment & wd done to all backers.
In terms of price - has each of the three lined-up more than 110 times in seperate tournaments & at least one of the 3 been beaten?
Price might actually have been a bit short if so!

Difficult equation that , steering . Computed odds would have been around 100/1 at best prices , 110/1 was decent value if you fancied all 3 . Only backed Tiger of the three ( in running ) myself , but the treble put a lot of smiles on forumites last night .
