if u believe the press lots of people bigging up our chances;we could bore teams to death thats where our chance lays;useless imo

I have not heard anybody bigging up our chances, i have heard people saying we will be tough to beat (which we are) and some of the top teams wouldn't want to draw us. I also heard Brian Kerr when asked will we get out of the group say it all depends on the draw, which it does as certain draws could give us an outside chance of getting into the knockout rounds.
Yes we are dour to watch, we don't play our best footballers in the team but the players who do play fit in to Traps system. Would you rather Trap play a more open game with more flair players and we will probably get stuffed, our best chance is whether we like it or not keeping it tight and keeping the games scrappy. We have done well to qualify for the Euro's as we are not a big nation, we do not have many if any world class players now and i am delighted for the likes of Given, Dunne, Duff and Keane who are getting on that they get the chance to play in the Euro's.

I hope they do well,history is littered with sporting upsets,sure wouldn,t your mam be pure delighted if Ireland did well, don,t be giving any of this negative vibe stuff to your mam,she would be disgusted.
