An online bookmaker has just taken £650 from my bank account for deposits as far back as april? as far as im aware of everytime i deposited money it was withdrawn there and then,they say this was not the case and it was my banks fault for the delays with the withdrawels???

If you are sure money taken at the time you said (obviously check your statements at the time), go to your bank & ask them to do a charge back as this was money taken fraudulently.

nonsense eric, if it has been taken fraudulently they have to do a charge back, get a crime number from the guards & don't leave the branch until you have spoken to someone senior.
