The Bleeding Horse, Camden Street

gin palace abbey st and pp beside it

The Boars Head, Capel Street
The Sackville Lounge, just off O'Connell Street
Cassidys, Camden Street
Peadar Kearneys, Dame Street

The Bleeding Horse don't show racing and if they ever do they will definitely prioritise soccer. The above pubs always have at least 1 telly dedicated to racing.

I was told they show racing but i'll take your word for it as i wouldn't know first hand Grin

And the guy on the remote control there is A1. He switches with regularity between ATR and RUK.

The pub I work in, we don't have RUK and all of the staff and most of the clientel are not bothered about horse racing, except during Cheltenham where they all jump on the Bandwagon and aftertime like ****, I'm talking aftertiming to the extent that they can't even remember their own lies. Anyway, we don't have RUK in the place and for the last two races on GC day when I was working, the manager put on ATR's Downpatrick meeting thinking that none of the huge crowd of afternoon aftertimers would know the difference, he was right they didn't. In fact, they were even all claiming they'd backed the McManus winner in the Hunter Chase just as he was jumping the last and clear. They also commented that the crowd seemed downShocked

Laugh i hate clueless folk like that who have backed every winnerDevil

no can't do it, I'll be outed, it's not one in near the city centre anyway is all I'll say, the ****ss is very good they say.
Report revedesivola November 10, 2011 1:02 AM GMT
the gui nness is very good. well that narrows it down...LaughLaughLaugh youre right neill, if you say the pub then youll have all sorts of mentally unstable forumites going in kicking and screamingLaugh theres not enough pubs with racing channels shown i think. i suppose they dont want folk shouting at the tele when others go in for a relatively quiet drink. id like going to a pub that showed racing, but im not a shout at the tele type, but saying that im not a drinking during the day type either unless im at a match or somethin

The Cat And cage in Drumcondra is good, Ladbrokes just beside it too.
Could be wrong but I think The Living Room always have racing on, off O'Connell St.
