Reimerpysatnaf you should have persuaded Workrider to stay on.
Workrider do not allow an obsessed mentally unstable stalker force you off this forum,you were on it long before he and will be on it after that coward has left.Reread your Fontwell thread and you will realise how highly you are regarded over there,it was this that drove Mincer/Robo mad,they now all refer to Shamrock Rovers as Workriders team.You have a knowledge of both gambling and racing that few here can match and it would be a shame if that was lost to the forum.
Mincer/Robo bringing up the old thread says more about this infantile individual than anything else so don`t give him the victory he doesn`t deserve.

Should come back - has a lot to contribute to the forum and knows his stuff.

I seen the post brought back to life and I felt sick tbh.  I wouldnt blame him for departing a room with ass holes, I would do the same.  But in fairness, 98% of posters know that Workrider is an honorable gent and a great judge.  He may be gone (for a while) but he will be reading!!!!

Mincer,you made a go of making a book a while back,you did a good job of it imo,thought it was good reading and making a positive contribution to the forum but the business of bringing up that thread is very negative to say the least.

Also you may notice if you are not too stupid , that i dont usually post on his threads much and he rarely responds to me and thats the understanding we have.  However if he needs to inform the forum of his departure he is looking for opinions and i am sure he is  aware of mine.

I miss workrider, Good contributor and livens up the debate. Sometimes I feel maybe the fact that he may be a bit stubborn on topics with other posters but then again aren't we all. That is just my very uneducated opinion but tbh he will be a loss and hope he comes back sooner rather than later.

Ya spoke with him today Huddy's, from speaking to him i think he thought before going over St Johnstone were a much bigger club than they are so most likely the only way they will go is down. I believe he was not allowed to bring in new players, they only average approx 2.5k home fans at a match St Johnstone so how do you improve that?

He has another season left after this Neill d, oh ya would much rather hang on to him than take the money as we are in good shape financially and he has done really well for us. He had a trigger clause in his contract and St Johnstone's offer triggered it. At the same time i would like to see him commit to the club or move on, no one man is bigger than the club imo. We are almost certain to make our 7th profit in the past 8 years so we must get things in place for next season if we are to challenge again and that includes a committed manager.

My favourite posts are when a poster comes on correcting and sneering at another and it then transpires that twas they were wrong,Mincer has medals for it.You also are kind of hung up on people being friendly without having met yet you have no problem hating people you have never met.

The Russians stopped in Shannon to refuel planes on the way to South America years ago (early 80s I think).

The Afghan war would not have involved Shannon and the Russians . However it then became unclear whether he was referring to the recent Afghan war or the war of the early 80s which involved the Soviet Union and the Afghan rebels etc.

Either way, the comment about what would Russia have to do with German partition, is bizarre to say the least.

Now that is a tough one reve, a few of the lads here reckon it is going to be very close and go down to the wire, but I think the consensus is that MD will take it narrowly with transfers swinging it for him. I don't hate Gallagher, but can't really abide what he seems to be standing for, at the start of the thing I wasn't even aware of his FF links. gallagher to me looked outstanding when he was given time to say his piece and give mission statements etc but when the pressure came on he crumbled! no pressure will come on him as president if the marys are anything to guage by. i think his lack of political know how has caught him out, he was very green when mcguinness got on his case. if he had no fianna fail affiliation i think hed be ideal but i think mickey d is outstanding at talking, even better than gallagher and to be fair to the man he has a good track record from what i hear. the fact that nobody could find any scandal about him whatsoever in this campaign says an awful lot i think

yes, that's a good point about his greeness, it was some hatchet job alright I don't think McGuinness was ever any way fussed about winning this, he should have just stonewalled the whole thing and denied the lot, he'd probably of been in before they proved anything
