1-8 to destroy shambles? should this not be 1-800? you gotta be looking at a minimum scoreline of 5-0..
if ever there was a case for 80 bags to win 10, surely this is it....

Shamrock Rovers would give Celtic or Rangers a game, the Irish League is just as strong as the Scottish at the moment, if not stronger!!

Hopefully Spurs will underestimate Rovers and field a weakened team, if they do they might regret it!!!

Spurs will be fielding a weakened team and won't regret it no matter what the result.
Redknapp has said that the Europa League is an unwanted distraction.
They fielded a very weak team in the first game, away to PAOK, but managed a 0-0.
Having said that, they guys coming in will be wanting to make an impression.
The AH is Spurs -2, -2.5 which tempts me.

You must be watching a different league to me. We have our weakest and poorest team in 6 years and we were still in the mix for the title until last night. Will you ever just accept that Rovers got lucky ffs.

giant , for many years bohs ruled the roost ..buying the best players from every club and putting them on inflated wages to the detriment of the club ..never once did they look as if they would make the breakthrough to the final stages of a european comp... along come rovers 22yrs without their own home..3 years , thats right only 3 years in their own ground...and they not only win our league and reach a fai cup final in the same year ...they then go on to breakthrough into the europa league ....of course they got lucky ......LaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaugh....

Will be a great occasion, anyone think Bayern might be worth laying at home against Man city  in the CL this week, city are built to defend and have big threats on the break.
Report keen leader September 27, 2011 6:22 PM BST
to answer your question neill, there isnt a snowballs chance bayern will lose tonight, i saw them play at home 4 weeks ago on the bundesliga, and they play the game at a speed only barcelona can better. they will go through the year unbeaten at the bayer arena. man city have never won a c league game and until they do they are bad value. i would give them a 1 in 50 chance of winning in munich, so i rate them an incredible lay at 4.8. think 2-0, 3-0 4-0 4-1 to bayern are all in play.

WR there's no point in worrying about all that rubbish. You know as well as I do that if we were to somehow get a result it'll be because Spurs had a weakened team, and if we get hammered we'll hear that LOI is awful. We're in a no win situation with the barstoolers so just enjoy the day[;)]

yeah they have a win win situation dont they....barstoolers never wrong eh....Laugh

neill i think hart is a big weak link for city....
Report neill d September 27, 2011 9:09 PM BST
thank God I didn't have the bet on anyway, haven't seen any of it as i'm only just back in, I wouldn't be a huge fan of Hart either workrider, I just reckon he is where he is because he is percieved by some to be solid, I can't think of anything he does especially well, Given was certainly a superior shotstopper, but I think he lost out for 4 reasons, his height, his age, his perceived unwillingness to come for crosses and the fact Hart was English. I actually think Ben foster is the most talented English keeper if he cuts out the stupid errors. I think Shay is a better keeper than Hart atm.

I haven't seen much of Bayern keenleader, but you seem one hell of a tipster, I was always a huge Robben fan, would find Schweinsteiger to be a very good continuity player(thought United would sign him) and that Ribery is excellent on his day but overhyped. Muller is also very intelligent from what I've seen of him. I'd guess they are playing the same up tempo style of the national team now so, that is interesting because I think they have a bit more cutting edge to go with it in Robben. I look forward to seeing the teamsheets and the highlights anyway.
