Usual moderate fair but two horses catch the eye.In the 5.20 Some Slam stands out, this fellow keeps missing the break so the absence of stalls might suit,he wasnt a slow starter in his guise as a bumper horse, he has Ondeafears to beat. The 6.20 has what looks to me a false favourite in Curl Cat the race he won in Clonmel was one of the worst claimers i have ever seen. The Joanna Morgan stable has hit a rich vein of form and even though it is plenty short for him i like Livaleo. Away from Laytown Joanna Morgan has a solitary runner at Wolverhampton in the 8.10 Lake Wanaka seems unusual, might not have stayed in his last race at Cork so the step back to five furlongs could be interesting.
Landsdowne E/W in the 5.20,has 3 solid enough back to back placed runs before a down the field finish at Killarney where reportedly struck into and might be worth another chance.

Race 1) Qadar 6.2 CD form must give him a leading chance
Race 2) Dart Queen 4.5 A rare runner for Arthur Moore on the flat. Knocks at the door all the time.
Race 3) Secret Hero 3.8 Let me down by a snoout at Mallow LTO. Trained on the beach should help.
Race 4) Curl Cat 3.35 Trainer in form condon should see this one go close.
Race 5) Bubbly Bellin1 4.4 Could be a double for beach trainer Ado McGuinness
Race 6) Ted Dolly 5.4 Trainer in form and could be a profitable double for best amateur around Mikey Fogarty.
Of course I hope they all get chinned.

Think he commented on Willie MCCreery's lack of hair in an interview with him just now and the trainer was somewhat taken aback, very un-O'Brien like imo

He said something like 'presuming you'll be tearing out what's left of your hair', McCreery paused, replied, 'sorry', and then joked 'Well that wouldn't be hard,'
But I tall ya, there was half a second there

Pretty trivial I know, but i was just really surprised, have been watching this guy for about 5 years and it isn't his usual MO, personal remarks or wisecracks like, could piss a few people off if he were to continue with it.

I always say i don't know a huge amount about horses but i do think this horse is worth a few bob, Bubbly Bellini in the 6:50 at Laytown i really fancy. Seen it run in Sligo when i smashed into it and it was so unlucky. Going to smash it again worth a boys imo at near 7/2 on here

Hindsight is wonderful. I was watching to see what Johnny would be riding at Laytown today.
Sod's law, he had to go to Doncaster and rode an 11/4 winner. Back at Laytown his only ride last year dots up at 12/1/
Johnny Murtagh has few omissions in an illustrious career but a Laytown winner still eludes him, following his narrow defeat on Romeo’s On Fire in the www.angloprinters.ie Claiming Race at Laytown today.
The race was won by the gelding’s stablemate Cosmic Breeze, under Keagan Latham but Murtagh, who has ridden winners at all of the Flat tracks in the country except Laytown, finished a short head and neck third, behind in third.
Afterwards Murtagh was gracious in defeat and vowed “I’ll be back next year!”
“It’s great to be here in such a unique place. I haven’t been here for four years but have had 10 or 12 rides here over the years.”
