Biggest occasion crowd wise to date so hopefully punters will get a good match and although a lot of people like to be against the dubs there will be more who are licking their lips at the thought of a Kerry V dublin final...Bookies in particular with that potential final to create the biggest ever GAA betting occasion if it occurs..back to tomorrows match and Donegals incredible work ethos...KIldare should probably have beaten them..be some semi final if they had....so youd have to think dublin have the firepower to get the better of the ulster mens resistance ...THen again Tyrone & kildare failed....

if that lily goal had registered , donegal would have been chasing a six point lead , imo it would have opened up and they would have been beaten by more.

I think if the dubs beat them they beat them handy, 20 squids on dublin minus 3,4,5,6,7,8 and if donegal manage to pull it off ill be content to sacrifice the 120.

Dublin look a great price on the handicaps. The pundits have really flattered this Donegal team. They are hugely over rated and i dont see them having the game to beat a team like the Dubs with their forward line. Tyrone should have buried them in Ulster in one of the most one sided matches i have seen all year in terms of overall play. Everything went right for them that day and again, to the lesser extent against Kildare they were on the right side of all the key turning points in the game.  The Dubs took Tyrone to the cleaners and i cant see how they wont do the same to Donegal. The Dubs to wipe out the handicap early and run out convincing winners.

Dubs overall points total of around 16 looks low if the weather is fair. That spread seems based on Donegal conceding so few goals. But the Dubs could have netted a bagful against Tyrone and have averaged a lot of goals all year. If Donegal have to go chasing the game from early on then i think the game will open up a lot more than predicted.

Is this the same dublin team that wexford should have beaten? They beat a very poor ageing tyrone side last time. Do not believe the hype.

Agree with some of the comments. From a betting perspective a handicap bet on Dublin looks good for me, I think the bookies are reading the Donegal book too much.. Mr Mischief your right about Connolly he has never seemed to play big two games on the trot. He wont get the space and time on Sunday like he was handed against Tyrone, the Donegal defensive system will be up their arses from the word go. I think Dublin will eventually break them down as the game goes on though, if the Dubs get a goal first it will be interesting to see how Donegal react, seeing as they have only conceded one goal in the champ all year and that was agaisnt Cavan (a peno when the game was winding down). One big change I noticed this year for once is.. the Dubs are coming into the game after a week of less media coverage or hype, that is a big thing considering the coverage Dublin GAA gets. On the other side of the coin, the media have seemed to be livin in the hills all week! The duel battles of Murphy/O'Carroll & A Brogan/Lacey will have a huge bearin on the game..although there are rumours Lacey may drop back to corner back and Leo McLoone will start at 6. This will be a cracker, full house..in all fairness it has to be said the Dub fans are the heartbeat of the GAA folk, hope they win for the sake of Leinster football. Verdict: Dublin.

Big crowd from the forgotten county going so should be a cracking atmosphere.

If Donegal can keep it tight in the first half then they have a big chance imo. Obviously a lot depends on whether the dubs can handle the pressure of being big favourites.

Dun na nGall Abu.

If ever a county needed a lift it's Donegal.

Paddies Pow er go 4/5 for the Davin stand end to have most scores in the senior match. Its always an advantage palying into that end as any breeze blows that way especially with the hill end open. Watching the minor game the breeze seems quite stiff into the Davin end. Looks a very good bet.

That ref was pathetic. Awful for those young lads training all year to get a ref that doesn't understand the rules of the game.
