i went on their website for a look as theres one near me and it would be handy.they are very short on nearly every price on every event?their football prices are laughable..are they tied to stan.j.ames?both websites are remarkably similar.

Think the people who own them own Mulhollands, so Mulhollands are the equivalent of their shops, Betpack.com is advertised in Mulhollands anyway.

Betpack concist of bamburys, mullhollands, tullys, hacketts, toolins and a couple more.

They get their prices from s.james -these are the prices you will see on-line or on odds checker under s.james.

Go in the shops tho, and it is a different story - the prices(horses anyway)are,in many cases, jaw-droppingly shorter than the original prices.

On inquiring why they are not exactly the same as s .james prices(as used to be the case), the answer astonishingly, is that they now have two sets of prices, one for on-line customers and the other(the butchered price variety) for the poor mugs who are stupid enough to use their shops!

What a lovely way to treat your customers.

seems like a great idea.a lot of medium sized bookmakers under the one set of prices etc..but as stated above the tully prices and mulholland prices are of wide variance..

The Betpack idea was formed a few years ago but since then they have made a bad job of a good idea. It is a proven model, it needs some investment. Unfortunately too many of them are thinking in silos and failing to see the bigger picture. Their best hope is for them to work out a shareholding in a larger group and individually cede their control to a CEO. This looks unlikely so I guess they will go around in circles for the foreseeable future and look back with regret in several years times as they lament a missed opportunity.
