Can see where you are coming from with a word apart and long live the king form, however I prefer spirit of cuba. Very unlucky last time got no run,the time before quickened really well and beat a next time out winner in glamorous.Looks an each way bet to nothing at around 5,s to me.
Sure there is a life-changing yankee in there with todays card, good luck.

5.45 Galway Plate - Dr Whizz @ 12/1 A horse i've liked for a ling time, actually backed him to win the Supreme Novices Hurdle in his novice hurdle year Laugh that didn't go to plan. They didn't seem to try the hardsest on him in his first few chases and then he looked to be hacking all over them when coming down 3 out at Gowran. However he is a much better horse on better ground and when they finally put a jock on him at Punchestown he hacked up. He has a nice weight here and the ground should be absolutely perfect. The trip is the unknown but i think he can get it.

Tipping 2 Tom Mullins runners in 1 week what is wrong with me Laugh hopefully the same result as Fosters Cross though

Blazing Tempo @ 10/1 Had a saver on the mare. She has had a very good year and ran a fine race behind Wishful Thinking at Punchestown. She looks on a decent mark only raised 1lb.

Totally agree with you Lapsy about Spirit of Cuba ..... Shocking stuff in Killarney on its last run ....won t mind the news either that its bucketing down in Galway .... Sam James back up taking 5lb ....we s won on her also .... Can t see any 5 s but still good each way bet at 4 s

Mick,price went after stylish one became a n/r,see his 15/8 with v c Laugh.
Very good, informed write up you done on the golf, fair play.
With the news of the rain think Askmaster 3.35 (getting backed) has an ew chance on the basis of him running a good race until unseating at Punchestown, and his good second at Cheltenham where they were well strung out behind, seems very well in here over hurdles.
Fingers crossed,gl

If you own a horse that wants the letter F in the going description you dont to hear the going described as Beautiful or Nice. Its obvious they have got the watering wrong and i really wish they would let nature take its course. Its supposed to be summer but it seems that horses that race through the winter are whats being catered for in Galway. Frustrating for those who own or train the out and out summer performers.Frustrating for punters also.
Report soapp July 27, 2011 7:18 PM BST
Good shout Reimer with the Plate winner advised at 10/1.
