i have my own opinion of this lad sinndar ..i know he's a dog ..but ffs put him into the race and give him a chance...

turns out it let me down for about £20,000 ...had a £100 treble

i thought he gave him good ride! if he put him into race they'd be getting horsebox down in the dip for him! (only my opinion!)

the horse finish very well somedougal..i thought it was a poor ride no matter what...

Wonky i agree with you.  I layed off at 2/1.  cant believe he hit that price.  Never put horse into it.  He jumped great

No point sayin the horse is a weak finisher when it was never put into the race till it was all over, was motorin up the hill

Stewards asked questions about the ride , noted the explanations but cautioned Carberry-


The Stewards enquired into the running and riding of Muirhead, ridden by P Carberry, and trained by Mr.,N Meade. Evidence was heard from the rider and trainer concerned. P Carberry, stated that this horse can be keen in his races and had run very keenly on his last run at Tipperary. His intentions for todays race were to drop the horse out early on, give him a chance to get into the race and arrive with a late run. He stated that the horse became a bit keen on the first circuit, met slight interference in running, jumped the last three fences slower than his usual fluency and the horse ran on at the finish. He felt that he might win when he delivered his challenge, but the horse tired close home. Mr. N Meade, trainer confirmed the instructions.  He stated that this was only the horse’s third chase run and he wanted him to get every chance to jump well against these more experienced rivals.  He stated he was happy with the ride but with the benefit of hindsight perhaps he could have been ridden closer to the pace but accepted that things didn’t go according to plan during the race.
The Stewards also received a report from the Turf Club Veterinary Officer who stated that Muirhead  was post race normal.

Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards noted the explanations offered, however P Carberry was cautioned regarding his future riding

just watched the replay disgraceful ride was swinging out've it just before the bend

i think someone got him banned dj876 ..a guy calling himself wildclown , another alias of robo or such like...sent the forum ablaze with all sorts of allegations ..i just hope wildman is well i'd be worried about him ..he according to himself was getting on a bit so i hope he's not ill..greatly missed on here i can assure you ..thanks for asking about him ...if he's still not around by next week i'm going to put my email up on here so at least he can let us  know he's alright..

just seen you're reply re TOM RYAN over on other forum..yes its a sad state of affairs....as you say even if you dident agree with him his arguments he always had a valid point to make imo...hopefully he'll make a come back soon ...the one thing i'll say about him was he never set out to abuse anyone ..going out for a round of golf..its such a beautiful day and my head is full of galway and goodwood ..seriously thinking of backing canford at that price...all the best talk to you later...
