Quite like the look of organisedconfusion in this race. Any of you wise gentleman have an idea where the cut line will be with the weights and is he likely to make it?
Any views on any other fancies greatly appreciated as well
Agree Fly Some Target is interesting, availed myself to a bit e/w at 16s, looks reasonably handicapped and improving never put in race at Festival. Hoping decent jock on this time?

Ran in the 4m race on the second day where P Mullins gave a hash of a ride too far off the pace, should be fresh. Ye Stevo 16s looks good value! Hopefully there will be a decent jockey on board this time !

Watch out for laddies cunning prices. They have beautiful sound as part of the market at 9/2 (15p rule 4) even though he is a reserve and unlikely to run. They also said that a rule 4 might apply to their ante-post market, since they were going nrnb.

Yeah was told by McClean earlier on in the week to back Some Target. Got it at 16s, I'l admit to not knowing much about the horses. Might do Or Noir De Somoza as well to try and give myself an interest at least.

Going for the first time on Monday. Any public transport advice would be appreciated. Staying in Dublin, easy to get a coach on the day? Is there a rail travel option? Looking forward to the day

Ladbrokes Irish Grand National favourite Beautiful Sound is likely to make his way to Fairyhouse in the hope that two non runners are declared before the deadline.
Trainer Gordon Elliott said: "I had a ring around last night, but didn't hear of anything coming out of the race. It's still early though.
He has until one hour before the first race, but could be given a 15 minute extension at the discretion of the stewards.

Have backed Whatuthink at 16s and Golden Kite at 40s
Whatuthink - 3rd in this last year off a 1lb lower mark - good prep run last time, would have liked a bit of rain but the ground was decent enough wen he was 3rd last time too
Golden Kite will like the ground, was a good winner of the Munster National when last seen over regualtion fences, 7lb higher here but the front 2 pulled well clear that day - has been beaten over hurdles and finished 16th in the Grand National since - think he's overprices at 40s

@Eddie Casino. Great call! You started this thread a week ago and you had the winner of the Irish Grand National already !! Well Done. Congrats to local lass Nina Carberry and to the Moore family. A New Story came in 5th for a place, serious horse. A 3rd in the Glenferclas Chase at Chelt and now a 5th in the Irish National at the age of 13.
