I've been using these for a couple of years now and never any problems, just got my shopping this morning i had ordered and the cheek of them... the sirloin steak cost 6 euros compared to the 10 guide price, that's ok but the Kittensoft 16 roll toilet tissue was 7 euros online... They substituted the kittensodt for kittensoft 16 rolls double layer and that cost 11.99...wtf
I had 130 in card for order that was to cost 129.50, they have it written on their site that they will never substitute anything more expensive and the guide price will never be more expensive.
Anyway they overcharged guide price by 2 euros and so my dodgy Irish bank charge 5 euros immediately for overdrawing... i send back the toilet rolls out of principle and ring the Tescos and get put through to some cheeky English bloke who gives me some spiel about quality to which i quote the no substituting to more expensive goods and that because my steak was cheaper they thought they would just add in toilet roll 5 euros more expensive, he says that isn't the case and that i would have to send them details of the claim, i say goodbye and then find the claim that says that if you get a substitute that is more expensive you will only pay the original price of the initial product... i ring back.
I speak to some English woman called Hayley and after she stopped laughing she agrees and says the other bloke was wrong and that she will refund the toilet roll overcharge 5 euros and she would refund me the 5.50 delivery charge...common sense prevails at Tescos... now i got the choice  to nip over the wall and go to Dunce ****s to get some **** roll or get charged twice as much at the corner shop.

Howya doing Des?? The court date was set for 28th January but i got a phone call just an hour ago to say that Dunces want to adjourn until June as the acting manager is abroad till then. Still a chance it will go ahead in March but will find out tomorrow when the judge decides.

watching program about Tescos yesterday , beware the fish you buy as it was investigated and they are wrongly selling cod when in fact it is a much cheaper fish from mexico... stick to Donegal catch

I find going to the supermarket very relaxing.

Wouldn't dream of doing it online.

............I find going to the supermarket very relaxing..............

You obviously have't met Zippy when he is taking on the world. I'm frightened to go to a supermarket in case he is there. Now that he is shopping on line, I might venture out.

Yes Des how dare i have the audacity to try and take the groceries i had paid for in order to eat, i should have said thank you for making me look like an idiot in your wonderful store and perhaps my signature and passport with my photo on it is fake considering i have a hat and hooded top on i must be out to rob your holiness selves of 12 euros for some potatoe, carrots, ham and milk, i shall go home and starve willingly without question and beg your forgiveness for my terrible act
