GOWRAN PARK has rescheduled Saturday's abandoned Connolly's Red Mills Thyestes Chase card for Friday, January 28.
Entries will re-open for all races, except the Thyestes Chase, until 12noon on Tuesday, though forfeits must be made for the feature race by the same date and time. This fixture was originally in the calendar for last Thurday, but was postponed until Saturday when the course was found to be frozen and threatened by further frost. This frost was what caused officials to abandon Saturday's meeting after a 7.30am inspection |
