I use them depending on the are you live in but I live in an area were it's difficult to get clearwire an wimax etc so I was forced into getting UPC I have the sky and internet package and have to admit im well please have not had a problem with them, I get all the channels I need sports and movies plus he normal channels everyone gets and the internet is quick enough I never get any lagging when playing the xbox online, it's not a bad service mate and the price is very reasonable

Been with them only a year but I find them satisfactory -and so does my cousin .
They were a bit lethargic back in the day when they were Chorus NTL but I think they've upped their game the last two years or so .

My digital box occasionally stops recording mid programme for no apparent reason.

On the whole not bad value although Teletext/Ceefax services nearly all gone now bit of a pain was very handy.

Sky far superior, dont go near UPC.

Their customer service is pathetic. Glad I got rid of them. Sky has been flawless for the year I have had it, don't mind paying extra for a proper service.

Sky little more expensive but much, MUCH better service. The Sky Plus app on my phone means I can record shows even when I'm out and about. Had UPC for year, couldnt wait to get rid of em. Awful service, kept on trying to con you out of more cash. Rubbish.

personally could not fault upc or their customer service - only gripe i would have is that their tv remote controls are crap
