has this ever happened to any body on here...?

tried calling me mate tonight. have the number in my phone and some other bloke answered it. i know it wasn't stolen because he told me his name. e even gave me his number but said he got a new sim car today. t looks like the provider gave out my mate's number to him instead. if this is so its a blody disgrace
