No, think it will be close with the Dubs to sneak it. 13/8 not a bad price for Dublin imo

Should be a cracker. Cork have disappointed big time though possibly unlucky against Kerry. Could be one great performance in them though. Dubs have suddenly got momentum going. What odds a draw?

Cork have stumbled through the rounds so far and their lack of goals is slightly worrying but it wouldn't take much for them to return to the form they showed last season.

Dublin looked good in patches against Tyrone but should have been soundly beaten. They were a mixed bag in the Leinster but are showing signs of turning a corner.

I'd take Dublin on price alone but they're one of the teams on my blacklist.

Yea I think this dublin team has turned the corner going to be very tight dubs to squeeze it by 1 or 2 points.

Dublin should have been soundly beaten Redroar says. Wow, hold on a minute. It could have gone either way - though one team won by five points - but to say either team should have been soundly beaten is a little over the top.

O'Sullivan is a positive for the former Leinster champions.

How many wides did Tyrone have in the second half Ballhopper? Tyrone were caught napping in the first twenty, took control for the next 30, had a perfectly good goal dissallowed and somehow lost their composure when Dublin started defending deeper by the minute.

I'm not have a go at Dublin and don't care who wins this weekend (as long as I make money) but the jury is still out on Dublin for me

Nagging doubts about both teams.

Both have tremendous records at bottling the job in Croker.

So a team that had won three All Irelands were caught napping - against the team that had dispatched them to Division Two on their own ground - took control for 30 minutes - though for an awful lot shorter on the scoreboard - and then, wait for it, lost their composure no less. Mmm.
Could it be that maybe they were maybe a bit rattled?

Cork have peaked at the semi final stage more often than not, for that alone I give them the edge.

I have Barry Cahill down as one of the best half backs in the country
as a Corkman, I'm happier seeing him sit it out

Cork are probably the best team in the country, although they need to deliver on the really big occasion more often to deserve that title.
Tyrone and Kerry were two really superb teams. When you think about it Dublin - for all their consistency - and Cork are the great under achievers.
The Dubs have only won two All Irelands since the Seventies, and Cork have only three since the Second World War!
Between them though they have won the last two Under 21 All Irelands so maybe all that is about to change.
That said - as Limerick hurling fans know - winning Under 21's is no guarantee of future glory.

Hay lash it all in on Dublin then BH. I haven't a notion who's going to win. Cork have the pedigree and Dublin have the momentum but I don't think either team have shown anything this season to make them strong favs.

I could care less about a slagging match

A fit O'Sullivan is the best half back in Dublin bar none. I would have Cahill in ahead of Nolan.

how can anyone think dublin are value at 13/8.its a shocking price.cork should be 2/5.you cant win an all ireland with 1 forward.they were extremely lucky to beat tyrone, got a very lucky goal at right time, tyrone kicked it away.cork -1 point bet of the year so far

No probs Redroar, best of luck with your bets anyway. Funny thing, but I can't get it out of my head all week that the game will finish in a draw.

As a Dubs fan, i'm sorry to say that i think Cork will win comfortably enough.

I hope i'm wrong but i think we had our big win the last day v Tyrone and don't see us repeating the performance and being able to pull off a another big win.

That said, Cork can have their off days and Dublin will fight for everything till the bitter chance so they will always give themselves a chance.

think cork will win this with a bit to spare, dublin have to many limited players to win an all ireland, players like fitzimons maconnell and ger brennan just dont win all irelands, im a dub fan by the way.

Dublin will win this, their very much the form side and this year is their year, they will thrive with the home support, should make incredible athmosphere, it will be great for the sport if they do!

If this match was played at a neutral venue with equal support i would make the Dubs about 5/2. I think home advantage infront of a big support in a semi final compensates for them being 2/1. At the odds i make the Dubs a very small value bet in a match where i see no huge value betting wise.
By:

When: 21 Aug 10 20:54
neutral venue irrelevant in my view

Cork would play Kerry in Killarney over Croker any day

Similarly Cork are a better team in Croker when the opposition is not Kerry.

Dubs never play anywhere else so are hard to assess.

Dont think you venue is irrelevant. Not so much the fact that the Dubs play at Croke Park but the fact they have so much of the crowd. Its not h=going to win them any match on its own but its definately an advantage. I dont buy into the other line of thought that it puts extra pressure on them. Its a definate advantage especially when they go into a game as an underdog.

Small bets on Dublin first point from play and from placed ball, theyve won the throw ball all but once all Championship, should get first shot - muggish bet though small stakes.

Looking like dublins day, cork are trying to play short through the middle, this is criminal. Any injury to canty and cork will be rudderless, doubt hel last the 70.
