Can you not just go and post on some GAA forums, where people might actually want to debate this stuff with you? I don't understand your constant need to slate the GAA here, it just beggars belief that you need this fix in your life. I try not to read your pointless threads, but the odd time I click one by mistake or in this case because I am going to the Galway races myself and thought it might be a genuine question. I read this forum a lot less than in the past because of you and I'm sure I'm not the only one (and I couldn't care less about the GAA or the FAI in all honesty). Can you stop punishing people who just want to read and contribute to the forum constructively? I'm sure the answer is no, but no harm in asking.

To be fair to workrider, he has a point here. Galway playing in the Leinster Championship is nonsensical. Surely at this stage the provincial championships are a mere anachronism. I'm not sure what the solution is, but surely an open draw, or, alternatively, a 'champions league' style format would be preferable to the current situation.
