I MENTIONED B4 I HAD SEEN SOMETHING ABOUT DERBY WINNER WORKFORCE AND I FOUND IT -  I HAD PRINTED IT OUT AND KEPT IT.

From a thread in here from January (!) last. I inserted a piece in here from the Guardian newspaper. Greg Wood had us all involved in the St Nicholas Abbey hype. “St Nicholas Abbey should be ‘odds on’ to a classic next season. Matthew Tester, the BHA handicapper of two-year-olds said today, after the Racing Post Trophy winner received an outstanding rating of 124 in the juvenile classification,” he told us. But later in the piece Tester was asked by Wood to name a ‘dark horse’ to follow in 2010. Wood wrote “Tester was quick to nominate Workforce from Michael Stoute’s yard. He’s not even on the [official ratings] list but he won a Goodwood maiden on his only race to date… he lost six lengths coming out of the stalls, was as green as anything during the race and still won by six lengths. Oasis Dancer who was second won the Tattersalls Timeform Million, beating 13 previous winners. If Workforce isn’t in your notebook, then maybe you shouldn’t have a notebook.”
Written in the Guardian last 15 January – thanks Mr Tester, I backed him in the Derby.

And he'll do the same in the Curragh - a right(left?) -handed course, it's the same as Goodwood -  get on at evens or anywhere near it.

Well spotted Town. Happy

The pace will be all changed at the Curragh.

Anything better than 1/2 on the day is packing up money IMO.
