IN TALLAGHT LAST NITE,ROVERS SCORED SOME VERY GOOD GOALS BUT DEFENCE WAS VERY POOR.YOUTHS CENTRE FORWARD GARY SHEAHAN RAN THEM RAGGED,SIVES,MURRAY OR FLYNN COULDNT COPE WITH HIS PACE.I THINK HE COULD PLAY IN THE PREMIER(AIRTRICITY).SCORED 1 AND COULD HAVE HAD A HAT TRICK.DESSIE BAKER DESERVEDLY GOT MAN OF THE MATCH,AND WAS THE ROVERS CREATOR WITH SOME EXCELLENT CROSSES.
IF ROVERS WANT TO WIN ANYTHING THEYD WANT TO TIGHTEN UP AT THE BACK-MAYBE NEED A BIT OF PACE IN CENTRAL DEFENCE
PS-GARY SHEAHAN IS A LOOKALIKE FOR EMI,SAME STUBBLE ETC

undertones 6, fully agree re our defence , murray is so poor its embarressing , i was sitting beside mick o'neill on fri night  he was up in the reserved seats , i'd say he got a birds eye view of murrays defenceive weakness ,the guy seems to switch off  every few seconds and has constant lapse's .

i'm telling you guys now:  forget Bohs and Rovers they are not good enough to win what is a poor league.  I think UCD are the best footballing side with a canny manager in Russell. Nailed on to finish in the places and capable of winning if squad is not diminished through injuries late on in the season.  Get on at a 100/1 or better!
