He's playing very well but he's often done this for Down so wouldn't say it's his best ever

Best team won, Benny & Danny Hughes were quality.

I wouldnt have seen all of coulters games but thats the best Ive seen him play ( apart from for mayobridge) since he was a minor.  IMO he hasnt scored enough points at senior county level -  today was different - showed great leadership too. Still very one footed though :).

Donegal keeper deserves a mention too, two great saves.

class game today from benny he has always been a class player for club and county and ireland danny hughes wasnt 2 bad either that result gona make the pints go down all the sweeter tonight

One last chance do you mean Benny's pints? Thought he had a great game, he is looking very fit too! Thought King had a decent game as well. Need to improve but not easy place to win so done well. Dan Gordon needed the game as well.

Think we missed Ambrose the last two games, he seemed to have a v good league campaign.

Agreed Downallstar and it would appear that he will struggle to make the next game too! We won with a lot more to come so still early days.

Coulter was nowhere for 60% of the game , I put in a post earlier as I got so frustrated with his go it alone efforts , when team mates were in better positions .

When he noved to centre field ( nominally apparently he became a half forward ) he had to play with others on the team , and he prospered .  Donegal were very limited though , so nots let get carried away .
