Can't get the initial thread up on new forum, hasn't been a lot to report as their lawyers have not responded since they gave their defence which was basically a flat refusal of any blame or wrongdoing.
They have still not responded to the request for the various cctv footage and thus a motion to for recovery of evidence has been drafted. There are many issues in the cctv footage that will prove how the events unfolded.
It is expected to get it into court before xmas but possibility of new year as their lawyers refuse to cooperate and hope i go away

I am Zipi. Shower of coonts will delay delay delay and drag it out for as long as possible.
I thought they might but they have harmed themselves refusing to reply to requests and the likes, there is concrete proof they have cctv footage from 2 or 3 different camera that will go along way to proving my account is true and the one they gave is not. Luckily i have a wealthy backer on board and a lot of patience. I have a feeling it may go into next year.
