The headline in todays RP is a slight bit sensationalistic considering he wasn`t anywhere near Bohs at the time of the alleged misconduct.
And without trivialising the practice, is what he did that big a deal to merit a back page headline? After all, you get a paragraph to talk about the matches!

I only write the articles GS! At least it's publicity for the league. Personally imv he's done nothing wrong, apart obviously from breaking the rules.
Unfortunately, it only ever gets in the headlines for bad publicity!
The most interesting part was the FAI spokesman saying they had to notify a dressing room pre-match last season that the game was being monitored.
Am I correct in presuming it was that Dundalk game that was rumoured at the time?

I presumed the same but he wouldn't say which match !
He'd be doing well to get a decent bet on a League of Ireland match with a bookie these days.
I know the League of Ireland isn't immaculate here but compare it to a scenario where a fella can tell you well in advance of kickoff that a match up North will finish 3-1, and he's spot on but the bookies have smelt a rat an closed the book 2 days earlier.

Well if he did, he lost! Bohs didn`t beat Derry in the league all 2008 and not until the third and Fourth series last season. Both 1-0 wins and no penos were missed.
