Race 1) Mary's Little Vic.(Treble) Dessie Hughes has struck a rich vein of form. This mare was nabbed in the shadow of the post by a magical ride by Ruby Walsh on Shuil Aris at Fairyhouse 3 weeks ago.
Race 2) Miss Mary Mac. (NB) Mikey O'Connor get a great tune out of this mare. 3 wins and a second. She won a Maiden Hurdle at the harvest festival beating Bangon form. If stripping fit, this dual bumper winner can prevail.
Race 3) No selection. Norn is real good at sorting these handicaps.
Race 4) Rock Diplomat. Michael Cunningham's 10 yr old is a good stayer, in good heart. He was a close 3rd to his stable companion Sharekan at Fairyhouse over hurdles 3 weeks ago.
Race 5) Mighty Massini. Struggling to win a winners of one novice chase. A woeful race gives him a leading chance after being 4th LTO to Jagoes Mills at Fairyhouse 3 weeks ago.
Race 6) Nedzer's Return. This one is owned by Gordon Elliot's girlfriend Annie Bowles who writes an amusing weekly column in The Irish Field. The money was down on on his Hunter Chase debut and he won in style. Enda Bolger's jolly Having A Cut that day cut out very quick.
Race 7) Jim Bowie. ( Nap) Norn Iron on the Nina thread says this is a cert and who am I to disagree. Stable outsider LTO he ran the fancied Kerb Appeal to 4 lengths in a Maiden Hurdle.

In de 3.45 - Chief Oscar e/w, 2lbs lower than wen 2nd to Lasse Viern last May- was 2nd over hurdles after that but has 2 disappointing runs to put behind him but e/w prospects 3.15 - San Guistino e/w - CD winner has been dropped 4lbs since his last hurdles run- only 2lbs higher than his last winning mark! Well beaten on 2 starts on the AW on return from a long break though so nt a confident selection but could be overpriced imo if back near top form |

3.15 Get It Sorted e/w. 6th in a similar event last time out and now running on better ground might see this one involved. His overall form figures are not all that inspiring but he is one more likely to have some improvement in him. He is not a 20/1 shot as forecast in the R.P.

Punters here making sure Get It Sorted will be open fairly short in a bad handicap hurdle. Soapp you're being harsh on the beginners' chase - not that bad a race. I give Oh So Humbel a huge chance.
