I've stated for a long time that Mullins must be crazy putting Cousin Vinny over hurdles and now fences??? he has a very awkward action imo and struggles to get his feet right to land running.... the horse clearly has a very good engine because he lost 3 or 4 lengths at every fence yesterday and also still finished close to 2 very good novices.... furthermore he's all heart and has a good attitude for the game...
if he were mine i'd be aiming him at the big flat handicaps and possibly even the Melbourne cup if things went his way..... Mullins trained Sesanta successfully over the flat, i'd let this fellow follow suit |
