A woman was taken by ambulance from Tiger Woods' home in Windermere, FL last night and driven to a hospital, but details about the incident are unclear, according to media reports.

The website TMZ said Orange County Fire officials confirmed a call came in at 2:36 AM from the home on Deacon Circle. The Orlando Sentinel newspapers is also reporting the incident, saying the patient refused to be taken to the hospital.

WKMG TV in Orlando reported someone was transported and a blonde woman in a black Escalade followed an ambulance from Deacon Circle to Health Central hospital -- the same hospital that treated Tiger the night of his accident.

Further, TMZ is reporting that Woods was admitted to Health Central Hospital the day after Thanksgiving as an overdose case. Sources connected with the hospital told TMZ that Woods' chart listed "OD" and that he was having trouble breathing, and that he entered under an alias, William Smith, with his wife, Elin Nordegren by his side.

It follows reports that pill bottles for Ambien and Vicodin were found at Woods' recent crash scene, that lead to the revelations of numerous affairs.
